Như Hlân đã đưa tin theo đề án ,nếu như chương trình của Hâln được 1 nhà đầu tư ký duyệt thì cuộc thi sẽ trở thành quy mô theo quốc tế ( đến thứ hai ngày 7/5/2002 là cuộc hơp chính thức quyết định ) . Nếu kế hoặch được duyệt hy vọng bạn Chiến qua đây dư thi nhé . Và chương trình thi có sự thay đổi như sau
